Café Dax is an experiential breakfast and lunch concept that combines the inspiring aesthetics of the Daxton Hotel with the culinary creativity of Madam.
Like Madam, the Café Dax menus incorporate the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to deliver bright, innovative dishes that delight from morning to midday. We partnered with Hyperion Coffee Co. to develop our own special house roast, and our menu features other local growers, suppliers, and purveyors to create the best tastes to power your day.
Café Dax is a place for everyone—stop by and relax, soak in the sights and sounds of the Daxton Hotel along with your meal, and enjoy. Visit us on weekdays from 7-11am for breakfast and 11am-2:30pm for lunch.
