The art and science of luxury experiences unfold with the display of our Thanksgiving Day buffet. Start the day off at the beverage station where you can enjoy the mimosa bar or a crafted hot chocolate. Enjoy the egg station with farm fresh eggs, assorted toppings, house-made bacon, and chicken sausage.
Head over to the salad station and also enjoy some more traditional offerings like our carving station with local Amish turkey, honey cured ham, our black pepper and sage gravy, or the green circle chicken poulet. Save room on that plate for some of our savory sides such as our house sourdough stuffing, heirloom corn bread, brown butter boursin smashed Yukon potatoes, lump crab cakes, poached tiger shrimp display, sorghum candied yams, and the cheese and charcuterie display.
Our seasonal sweets display won’t disappoint with apple, pecan, and pumpkin pies, bread pudding with heaven’s door bourbon caramel sauce, and spelt chocolate chip cookies.
