Join us for a culinary high point this Thanksgiving,  Executive Chef Garrison Price is preparing the best in season for you and your loved ones.   The sophisticated setting and art-infused spaces create a unique vibe in Madam for entertaining.   The three-course menu begins with an amuse-bouche of lobster & butternut squash bisque with Pernod cream, your choice of appetizer, followed by the main entree choices including pasture-raised heritage turkey from Goffle Road Farms, served with our favorite family-style sides including sourdough stuffing with figs, leeks & hazelnuts, caramelized brussels sprouts with chestnuts and aged balsamic vinegar and whipped Yukon potatoes, cranberry sauce, sage & black pepper gravy.  Your evening concludes with Pastry Chef Duncan’s delectable and locally sourced Michigan apple pie with flaky cheddar crust, Tahitian vanilla ice cream, pumpkin pie with whole wheat crust, candied pepitas, whipped creme fraiche or pecan pie with a cornmeal crust and whisky whipped cream.
But if kicking back at home is more your thing, Madam is offering Thanksgiving To-Go and Pie Orders as well!
