Join us for a special night at the historic 12-acre Farrand Hall estate in Colon, Michigan. Daxton Hotel’s Culinary Director, Josh Stockton, will be serving an exclusive five-course family style meal in partnership with the Farrand Hall Dining Series.

Casarecce pasta with brown butter butternut squash puree, lacinato kale and pumpkin seeds.

Course Three
Whole roasted fish with wild mushrooms and spinach.

Course Four
Roasted rack of pork with root vegetables and sour cherry gremolata.

Roasted kabocha squash cheesecake with candied pecans.
